Jason is excellent. We urgently needed a new water heater and he was responsive, gave a fair and reasonable quote for the work, and completed everything quickly and efficiently. He also responded to a follow up request and made sure everything eas functioning well and took care of everything. Another great job from Big Apple. Disraeli was here ahead of schedule and re-plumbed the hack job the previous owners had done on the kitchen sink in no time, finishing ahead of schedule. Jason with Big Apple Plumbing was able to make it out to our house next day for a main line blockage and helped us clear out the line. He was honest, straightforward, and walked me through every step of the process while I observed him work for over an hour. Excellent experience all around! Jason scheduled my appointment which was quick and easy and even had a same-day opening! Gabriel showed up and was incredibly pleasant, kind, and clearly knowledgeable of his craft. He was a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to talk to. He walked me through the entire process and addressed any concerns and questions I had before he began working. He allowed me to watch him work (he offered, and who doesn't want to watch a camera run down some pipes underground?) and filled me in on everything he was seeing and what was or wasn't good (thankfully it was all good). We used Big Apple Plumbing to do our sewer line replacement and we were very happy with the work that was done. Jason was very quick to respond to our initial request for a 2nd opinion and sewer scope. He talked us through all of our options and patiently answered all of our questions. This company is as good as it gets! The owner Jason came out himself replaced my leaking water heater same day! He was very friendly and absolutely loved our dog. We have had some poor experiences in the past with plumbers but this by far was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber.
